The action centers on Manny Rivera, a stay of 13 years, US-Mexican Miracle City, Mexico. It has a magic belt that gives you super powers by turning the buckle and the change of El Tigre, the brave and powerful tiger. Their skills are sharp retractable claws that can cut anything, the shooting hand like a grappling hook, super strength and super jumping ability. However, often including their use for good and heroic father Rodolfo, who is the superhero White Pantera, or worse, selfish reasons, like his grandfather, Grandpa bad, which is as bad villain Puma Loco. In this game, Mikla, Prince of Doom, and Aztec attack Miracle City. Mikla City makes super-villains against each other to take charge. The Rivera Family gets into some trouble when Puma Loco and White Pantera are kidnapped. El Tigre must rely on friends and Frida Black Cuervo to save his father, Grandpa!
